THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

  1. Accountable for the End to End RECRUITMENT : Right from acquiring profiles, conducting screening interview and Ensuring Candidate joins on stipulated date by continuous follow up and solving post joining queries and concerns. 

  2. Candidate should have good knowledge & relevant experience in hiring for various IT Requirements. 

  3. Candidate should be Proficient on resume search through Job portals and using various search engines like Google, Linkedin, headhunting, personal network etc.. 

  4. Candidate must be able to work proactively to find candidates via various means including social media, referrals and not only relying on job board ads or a database. 

  5. Should have effective Convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent. 

  6. Should possess strong follow-up skills till the candidate joins, maintain post offer follow-up and handle issues related to Offer / Joining Date / On Boarding / CTC as applicable. 

Desired Candidate

You should have good understanding of IT / Software skills & Technologies. Prior experience in recruiting core IT / Software profiles for all levels is a must. 

You must have Excellent English communication both oral & written. 

Should have experience in END to END recruitment cycle. Right from Sourcing to salary negotiations and closures. 

Ability to Multi-Tasking and prioritize requirements and has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks. 

Should have good Analytical, problem solving, decision making & people management skills. 

Accountable for meeting all hiring targets while ensuring process accuracy/compliance. 

Excellent relationship building and networking skills.
