Before joining Peoplefy, KSV was leading Industry Initiatives at NASSCOM, KSV has focused on building digital transformation strategies for Tech companies in Business Process Management, Engineering and Design and Global Capabilities Centres. His strategic insights and commitment to excellence have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and influential leader in the industry.

The Peoplefy team is led by Mr. Rajesh Bharatiya who
serves as the Managing Director of the company.
Rajesh is responsible for formulating the company's overall strategy, vision and
focus necessary for Peoplefy to continue
it’s pace of rapid growth and expansion.
Previously, as Head of Human Resources at a software firm (Vertex Software), Rajesh
contributed to the complete range of Strategic and Operational HR activities such as
Talent Acquisition,
Compensations & Benefits, Training & Development, Performance Appraisals, Employee
Engagement, etc.
Prior to this, Rajesh worked in Global Software Product & Services organizations in
the United States of America (Peopleclick Inc.) developing products for Human
Resource Management. During this time, Rajesh played a key role
in executing large & complex multi country Talent Management product implementation
projects across USA, Canada & Europe.
